Driven by our experience and identifying a shortage in the market for experienced recruitment staff, KILGOUR WOOD RECRUITMENT is a recruitment consultancy working with different companies across the UK and London.

We have four job divisions that recruit for the following industries into permanent positions; Accountancy, Hotels and Incentives, Office Support staff, and Recruitment. Please look at the Job Specialism Page to the left of the page to find out more information.

We work with a diverse and interesting mix of organisations from small businesses to global corporate organisations in some of the following industries; financial, pharmaceutical, architecture, fashion, travel, hotel and leisure, and recruitment consultancies.

To assure clients that the daunting process of recruiting staff will be made as painless as possible by:

Breaking down the company's philosophy and understanding its history to ascertain what sort of person would best fit into the team
Offering advice to find the right applicant by identifying the job role
Option to conduct first and second interviews and negotiate a final package before an applicant is placed

So far as candidates are concerned our aims are three fold:

To interview candidates thoroughly and screen for suitability
Where necessary, counselling and training is offered to help identify the right career choice
Help with c.v., interview techniques and presentation skills are also available if necessary
